چکیده
Background: Breast cancer is still a major contributing factor to the burden of disease worldwide. A single-stage implant-based reconstruction (IBR) lowers tissue morbidity, thus increasing overall aesthetic outcome and patient satisfaction. Objectives: Because high price ADM lack insurance coverage in Iran, we aimed at examining results using TIGR® mesh patients with breast cancer. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted Iran (Tehran) from 2016 2018. About 140 eligible were included their information collected analyzed prospectively during 3 years that they referred surgery center Tehran. The performed, as either direct-single staged, implant + TIGR MESH, or delayed-multistage. Patient satisfaction calculated after 1 year follow-up, Body Checking Questionnaire (BCQ) by applying VAS scale. All statistical analyses performed 95% significance level, SPSS software version. (Evidence-based medicine level: Level III, prospective cohort). Results: our showed slightly more short-term complications than other studies due surgical team’s first experience surgery. Complications infection (7.1%), epidermal necrosis (15.9%), severe capsular contracture (14.2%). Seven (6.2%) had full-thickness skin necrosis, prosthesis finally removed. use Mesh did not increase rate complications, only 5 losses this group 2 expander reported. levels patients’ IBR delayed-multistage groups 44.4% 12.7%, respectively. Conclusions: Our placement MESH for lower pole support does complication rate. Additionally, increased compared traditional methods reconstruction.

Immediate implant based breast reconstruction using the TIGR ® Matrix
The use of acellular dermal or synthetic matrices has improved the functional and cosmetic outcome of implant based breast reconstruction. The new materials provide additional tissue for implant coverage (comparable to an internal supportive bra) and allow reconstruction of larger breast volumes, a more pronounced ptosis and control of the inframammary fold. However, there are major concerns re...

Skin sparing and nipple areola complex sparing subcutaneous mastectomies are both oncologically safe surgical procedures. Although autologuous breast reconstruction has been considered as a standard means of surgical approach, excellent cosmetic results have been obtained by implant based breast reconstruction. In this report, we present the result of titanium coated polypropylene mesh (Tiloop ...
